Licensed Real Estate Broker / Agent
For agents who want listings and leases in the neighborhoods they actually know. You bring an active Illinois license and a work ethic; we bring the leads, the listings, the systems and our own crews to make properties show well. Commission split discussed in person. New licensees are welcome if you are willing to be coached.
- Active Illinois broker license (or in class now)
- Comfortable with South Side and south suburban property
- Own transportation and a smartphone
- Responsive — leads get answered the same day
Landscape & Grounds Laborer (Bowman Property Services)
Seasonal and year-round work on our maintenance crews: mowing, trimming, cleanups, mulch and sod, snow removal in winter. We run our own trucks and equipment. Pay based on experience, paid weekly.
- Show up on time, every scheduled day
- Able to lift and work outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver license is a plus, not required
- Landscaping or snow experience is a plus, not required
