BRM was built by Ray Bowman, a South Side native with more than 20 years in property services and an Illinois managing broker license. Before selling and managing real estate, Ray built Bowman Property Services — the crews that mow, plow, repair and preserve properties across the South Side and south suburbs every week.

Ray holds a law degree from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and practices as Managing Broker, Illinois License #471.017650. That training shows up in the work: leases that hold, contracts read line by line, and owners who know where they stand before they sign.
